- Updated prompts to reflect the new agent format, removing references to chat modes. - Revised CONTRIBUTING.md to clarify acceptance criteria for agents and remove chat mode references. - Enhanced README.md to emphasize current agent structure and deprecate chat modes. - Cleaned up documentation to eliminate legacy chat mode artifacts and ensure alignment with agent workflows. - Consolidated various documentation sections to establish single sources of truth (SSOT) for quality policies, documentation standards, and planning guidance. - Implemented changes in TODO.md and recommendations.md to reflect the transition to agents and streamline processes.
Simplify the ADR prompt by delegating workflow details to the write-adr skill, and refresh the skills docs to reflect the current repository structure. Also expand the docs-ssot-helper skill so SSOT is explained as Single Source of Truth and its purpose is clearer.
